In specialist markets, a lot of useful work happens between systems: researching a question, reading a document, gathering missing details or deciding who to speak to next. That work often depends on someone piecing information together by hand.
We look at the information people need before they can act, the steps they repeat and the decisions that require experience. That helps us decide whether to build a product or run a service around the problem.

Businesses that use AI in their day-to-day work, from research to coordination. Our recruitment business, Talvilo, applies this approach to finding opportunities and connecting people with technology companies.
How we work
We stay involved after launch
Our role continues after a product launches. We build and operate our businesses, so the decisions about software stay connected to the service a customer actually receives.
AI supports the research, preparation and organisation of information. People remain responsible for the decisions and relationships that follow. We choose what to automate around those responsibilities.
